In order to DECREASE (or even totally get rid of) your smoking habit, you need to stop hanging out with the 5 current people and start hanging out with 5 new people in your life. This is what I call your new “Top 5″. That will be your new list of people who don’t smoke. Make sure these new 5 people hate smoking. This will greatly influence you to smoke less and even not smoke at all. For instance, if you are around people who smoke, you will end up smoking too much.
