The flames go higher if you don’t stop now. I woke up one morning not being able to breathe because I chain smoked all night. Literally. I could NOT breathe. Have one of your friends drug you asleep, so they could stuff a sock in your mouth and duck tape it there, ultimately suffocating you. That is what happened to me, by smoking so much. Thats when I decided to use the patch. The moment when I realized smoking was bad, was when I used another niccotine patch in the same place the last one was on, and that area of my skin was DETERIORATING and ICKY and DECOMPOSING before my very eyes. I still couldn’t fathom the fact that my lungs were doing the same, and worse. It’s not just tobacco that kills you people, its the chemicals. If you don’t stop now, you will have a rough time down the road. Try doing this: Drink lots of coffee. Take the patches. Drink more coffee. Take the patches. Stay on them for as long as you can. After a day or so you will realize that other smokers stink heavily, and fruits and other things taste like an explosion of flavor in your mouth. If you want to taste things again like you forgot they tasted like, do what I am telling you. Take the patch, and drink lots of coffee. Do not even try to take 1 hit here or 1 hit there. Stay off of it. Ride your bike every day. Run. Go on a diet. Now. All at once. You are saving money by not buying cigarettes. You owe it to yourself. YOURSELF. If you think the results are fake, go ahead and try it yourself. And if you start smoking, you are an absolute idiot. For the record, I’m a smoker. I’ve quit, but that will never make me a non-smoker. Once you’re addicted, you’re a smoker for life. All I can do is try to always be a smoker who is not smoking today.
