I don’t want to quit smoking cigarettes, but i know that I need to because my parents are becoming increasingly disappointed with me, nicotine gum/patches don’t do the trick. Is there any tips to quit without motivation?
I’ve been trying to quit. I managed two days off them last week which was a start but now i’m back on. I’ve been using nicotine patches and these ones do work. Except i do miss the hand to mouth action which really brings on the craving. How do i get through a craving?
