Also… advice or tips on how to quit from people who have quit smoking either one would be greatly appreciated 
I think it smells so bad some time. What’s some good tips from experienced smokers. (And please don’t say stop smoking.)
I am almost 20 and I been smoking a pack of newports 100′s for the past 7 years and I wanna quit. But it has been hard. I cant breathe when I run. I wake up coughin up yellow junk and I heard it ruins your sperm count. So any tips on quitting? Its getting to the point where Im stealin money from my mother to buy cigs. Anybody know any easy tricks to stop smoking???
im trying to cut down i smoke 5 a day but !! yesterday i sed ok im going to stop but there are smokers in my house aswell and wen i see thwm smokin i need a cigarette!! aftr a big meal i love a smoke !! plssss help
